Jung Test Reflection of Myself

I took the Jung test and got some results that I thoought I knew about myself and some that I did not know about myself.  I guess the not so great side to me was that I had a strong judging side to my personlity.  As much as I do not want to think of myself as this way it is most likely true of myself.  I am quick sometimes to judge individuals at first glance, rather than giving them a chance to present themselves.  This is something that I have always struggled with.  The test also showed how I am an extrovert.  I would have to agree with this assesment of myself.  I am a coach at a local high school and have to be this way in order to do a good job.  I express myself to my players and they in turn react to it.  I feel this could help in my writing to express myself.  In writing the writer needs to express themseleves so to give the writing a strong character.  If the writer holds back vital information to the piece being composed then there is chance for failure.  I feel that my outward appeal may indeed help my writing style out.  I feel the Jung test is a good indicator of how we are as writers.  The only thing about the test is that it cannot possibly know how we truely are.  Only the actual work we do can accomplish this.

  1. Vocabulary can be tricky. Check out the supporting materials for this assignment in order to better understand what the type indicators are saying about you so you can reflect on those ideas. Knowing what your indicators mean is a good place to begin. ~Ms. A.
